Ballet Land has an established exchange policy, which allows you to exchange your item (including faulty and wrongly described items) for another item or store credit within 20 days from the date your order is shipped. After the 20 day period has elapsed, we can no longer offer an exchange.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@theballetland.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
